ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) Panels

ACM Panels have a strong, durable surface finish that is water-resistant and easy to maintain. They are constructed with an aluminum skin bonded to a fire-rated, low-density core. The panels are lightweight and flexible, and come in a wide variety of colors and finishes, allowing for dynamic, innovative fabrication. Due to its versatility of fabrication, we are able to install ACM Panels as an accent feature or as a complete building envelop cladding system.

If you want your construction project to really make an architectural design statement, let Martin Roofing help you create your masterpiece.

High Density Fiber Cement Panels

High Density Fiber Cement Panels are ideal for any high-end institutional or multi-family project you have. This panel type offers vast design flexibility with the ability to cut unique shapes and angles. And its superior construction is designed to withstand severe weather and is fire resistant. Virtually maintenance free, High Density Fiber Cement Panels can last up to 50 years. Color pigment runs through the entire panel so minor scratches and chips are almost unnoticeable and there is no need for paint touch up.

Flush Wall Panels

Flush panels have a flat or flush appearance and are designed to be used for wall, fascia and soffit applications, installed over a solid substrate or in limited applications over framing sections. The panels can be manufactured in a smooth, pencil rib or vented profile. Flush Wall panels also come in a wide paint color selection as well as metallic colors and even acrylic coated non-painted panels. And, manufacturers offer up to 35 year color warranty.

Insulated Wall Panels

Insulated Wall Panels are ideal for commercial, industrial, institutional and cold storage applications where thermal performance and energy efficiency are paramount. Depending on your project needs, Insulated Wall Panel systems may be used for architecturally pleasing facades or even behind nearly any type of Rainscreen System.

Constructed with a metal skin and an insulating foam core, Insulated Wall Panels are known for their superior thermal properties. Insulated Wall Panels are available in a variety of colors, textures and finishes.

Phenolic Panels

Phenolic panels are constructed using thermosetting resins, reinforced with cellulose fibers and manufactured under high pressure and temperature. The finished panels are non-porous and highly durable, resistant to the elements. Additionally, because Phenolic panels are non-porous it makes them very easy to clean and UV resistant, preventing the panel color from fading. The panels have a temperature tolerance from -100+F to +350F and are suitable for extreme weather environments.

With the ability to add decorative pigments, the design capabilities of Phenolic panels are extensive, ranging from a natural wood look to bold statement colors. These panels are perfect for exterior applications such as rainscreen facades and cladding, louvers and shades, and soffits.

Plate Wall Panels

Plate Wall Panels are a non-laminated metal substrate available in aluminum, stainless steel, copper and zinc. This type of panel is ideal where high impact resistance is desired. Plate Wall Panel systems are available in a wide variety of colors from the manufacturer.

Plate Wall Panel systems are constructed as a Rainscreen System or Wet Joint System. A Rainscreen System is offered as a pressure equalized or back ventilated system. This type of system requires a weather barrier behind the plate panels to prevent structural water damage and is caulk free. Rainscreen Systems are designed to control the impact of wind driven rain. A Wet Joint Plate Wall panel system is a sealed exterior barrier wall using caulking at the joints for weatherproofing.
